Welcome to PARC Golf! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking with us. By reserving our mobile golf simulator, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event.
We accept credit/debit cards, digital payment apps (e.g. Venmo, Zelle), and cash.
If paying by cash, payment must be made in full before the simulator is set up.
A receipt will be provided upon request.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
In case of severe weather or unexpected circumstances, we’re happy to reschedule your event (subject to availability).
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your event with at least 72 hours’ notice at no extra charge.
Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
4. Event Space Requirements
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we require a minimum clear space of:
For indoor events: 16 ft long x 18 ft wide x 11 ft high
For outdoor events, the area must be flat and dry.
(For non-ideal event environments, an additional service fee may be applied to ensure the safety of all users)
5. Liability & Safety
Guests participate at their own risk. PARC Golf is not liable for any injuries or accidents during the use of the simulator.
Please swing safely and responsibly at all times. Unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the session without refund.
6. Damage Policy
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.
If equipment is damaged during your event, a repair or replacement fee may be charged.
7. Weather Policy
For outdoor bookings, we recommend having a backup indoor location if the weather becomes an issue.
If weather conditions make the setup unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule at no cost.
8. Right to Refuse Service
PARC Golf reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if:
The space does not meet our safety requirements.
Guests engage in reckless, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
